What Yard20 Is

Yard20 is a paid local yard sale booth platform. Sellers pay to open a booth, show items, and place selected items on the homepage window board.

Yard20 helps people turn clutter into a 3-day local yard sale listing.

What Sellers Pay For

Booth Display

Your Yard20 Booth page can show your local yard sale items.

Homepage Window

Selected items can appear on the Yard20 homepage window board.

AI Write-Up Help

AI may help draft short titles or descriptions, but sellers choose the final wording.

Paying Yard20 is for platform display and listing tools only. It is not a payment for buyer protection, shipping, inspection, or transaction handling.

Booth Pack Rules

$1 Booth Pack includes:

—1 homepage window
—10 bonus booth items
—1 AI write-up
—3 days live

Max Booth:

—up to 99 total items
—up to 99 homepage windows
—$99 max per booth
—3 days live

After opening a booth, sellers may upgrade bonus items into homepage windows for $1 each.

No Payment, No Booth

Yard20 is not a free posting wall. A seller must pay at least $1 to open a Yard20 Booth. This helps reduce spam and keeps the site focused on real local yard sale listings.

Offline Transactions Only

Yard20 does not process payments between buyers and sellers. There is no Yard20 checkout, no cart, no shipping system, and no buyer/seller payment protection.

—Yard20 does not participate in disputes.

Seller Responsibility

—Sellers must provide truthful listing information.
—Sellers must not list prohibited items.
—Sellers choose their own contact method.
—Sellers are responsible for their own offline transactions.
—Sellers must follow Yard20 posting rules.

Sellers may choose how buyers contact them. Yard20 does not verify phone numbers, arrange meetings, process payments, or participate in transactions.

Buyer Responsibility

—Buyers should inspect items before paying.
—Buyers should use their own judgment.
—Buyers should meet safely.
—Buyers should not assume Yard20 verified the seller or item.
—Buyers handle offline payment directly with the seller.

Prohibited Items

Yard20 is for simple $1–$20 local yard sale items. Some items are not allowed.

—Firearms, ammunition, weapons
—Alcohol, tobacco, vape products
—Drugs or prescription medications
—Adult products
—Counterfeit goods
—Stolen goods
—Animals
—Dangerous chemicals
—Food
—High-value luxury items in v1
Read Prohibited Items

Privacy, Refunds & Contact

Read the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, or Contact Yard20.

Refunds & Listing Removal

Yard20 may remove listings that appear unsafe, illegal, misleading, prohibited, spammy, or outside the Yard20 local yard sale purpose.

Paying for a booth or homepage window does not allow prohibited content to stay posted.

For now, booth fees are platform display fees. Buyer/seller item payments happen offline and are not handled by Yard20.

Yard20 Points

Yard20 points can only reduce Yard20 platform fees.

—30 points = $1 off listing fee
—30 points = $1 off homepage exposure or platform fees
—Points may be used to help open a Yard20 Booth
—Points cannot be used to buy offline items
—Points cannot be redeemed for cash
—Points do not make Yard20 part of buyer/seller transactions

AI Write-Up Help

AI suggestions are drafts only. Sellers choose the final title, description, price, and listing information.

Yard20 does not appraise items, verify item value, or guarantee that AI suggestions are correct.

Admin Seed Listings

Admin seed listings are used for early platform content. They may receive more window credits and longer live duration, but they do not receive hidden ranking priority.

Homepage order still follows Yard20 fair visibility rules. AI Write-Up can help sellers make clearer listings, but it does not guarantee ranking, views, messages, or sales.
